A new, up-dated Store for supplies, type
and more for the letterpress printer
is now located in Holyoke, MA.

Letterpress Things has moved to 8 Hanover Street, Holyoke, MA. Significant for its many still-flowing canals, Holyoke was incorporated in 1850. Once known as "the Paper City of the World", twenty-five mills manufactured both printing and speciality papers for decades with canal-drawn water. Many letterpress printing papers were originally crafted locally and distributed nationwide to waiting printers.

Settling in an annex of a commercial printers establishment, close to a nearby canal, the Letterpress Things Store is being rebuilt in a bright, clean, climate-controlled facility. Compact, neat and to-be-as-well organized as before, we are working diligently to return inventory from short-term warehouse storage, unpack and put it all away.

   Marketing plans are to first revamp and reopen the website as a online-resource for the casual letterpress printer to once again order supplies, tools, type, etc. In a month or so, another auction will be held to reduce the volume of equipment, fixtures and cabinets still in storage. Once everything is finally organized and back-in-place, friends and associates will be welcome to stop by, shop and enjoy a new, updated Letterpress Things.
